The sanitiser contains 90% concentrate which is above WHO guidelines.  The higher alcohol concentrate means it is quick drying, non-irritant and non-sticky, yet ULTRA protective.  (Add a small amount to hands (+- 5mls), work into hands until dry.  Do not rinse hands with water.)
